GU 18N

The GU 18N was introduced in the market a few months ago. Several industrial rolling campaigns have taken place and the rolling mill in Dabrowa, Poland, can now offer the complete range of this new profile: the rolled-down GU 16N and rolled-up GU 20N. GU 13-500 range

May 2012 will be a key milestone in the history of the ‘Heavy Rolling Mill’ in Dabrowa, Poland. The last GU 13-500 sheet pile sections have been rolled and delivered to our customers. It is the end of a very long story. These three sections have been produced in Poland for the last 15 years, and it was a very important asset in the Polish market. The reason for this production stop is that our main customers have been asking for more cost-effective sheet pile sections in that specific section modulus range: wider, stronger, and yet lighter. New driving equipment and techniques, as well as the improved rolling technology implemented in the rolling mill are the origin of a new thrilling story. Mise à jour de la gamme GU 18N. Gamme GU 13-500: arrêt de la production.

GU 18N

La GU 18N a été introduite sur le marché il y a quelques mois. Après plusieurs campagnes de laminage, l’usine de Dabrowa (PL) peut dès à présent offrir la gamme complète de ce nouveau profil, soit le profil GU 16N (laminé en sous-épaisseur) et le profil GU 20N (laminé en sur-épaisseur). Cette nouvelle palplanche et ses dérivées sont disponibles avec des limites d'élasticité de l'acier allant jusqu'à 430 MPa (sur demande). Gamme GU 13-500

Mai 2012 sera une étape clé dans l'histoire du "laminoir lourd" de Dabrowa, Pologne. Les dernières palplanches GU 13-500 ont été laminées et livrées. C'est la fin d'une très longue histoire. Ces trois sections, produites en Pologne depuis 15 ans, représentaient un atout très important sur le marché polonais. La raison de cet arrêt de production: la demande insistante de nos principaux clients pour des profils plus économiques (meilleur rapport "module de flexion / masse ") dans cette tranche de module de résistance: plus large, plus résistant, mais plus léger. Les nouveaux dispositifs de mise en œuvre et techniques de fonçage, ainsi que l'amélioration de la technologie de laminage sont à l'origine d'une nouvelle histoire captivante. Aktuell GU 18N-Reihe. GU 13-500-Reihe: Einstellung der Produktion.

GU 18N

Vor einigen Monaten wurde die GU 18N als neue Spundbohle vorgestellt. Seitdem wurden im Walzwerk Dabrowa, Polen einige industrielle Walzungen durchgeführt, sodass wir heute die komplette Bandbreite des Profils anbieten können: abgewalzt als GU 16N und aufgewalzt als GU 20N. Zudem sind nun auch auf Anfrage Stahlgüten bis zu 430 MPa für polnische Profile erhältlich. Mehr Informationen hierzu enthält der „GU 18N-Flyer“ (einfach anklicken).

GU 13-500-Reihe

May 2012 war ein Meilenstein in der Historie der Spundwandherstellung im Walzwerk in Dabrowa, Polen: die letzte GU 13-500 wurde gewalzt und ausgeliefert. Das Ende einer langen Geschichte. Die drei Spundprofile GU 12-500, GU 13-500 und GU 15-500 wurden seit 15 Jahren in Polen hergestellt und erreichten insbesondere im polnischen Markt eine rege Nachfrage. Grund für die Produktionseinstellung ist der Wunsch unserer Hauptkunden nach kosteneffizienteren Spundwandquerschnitten in genau diesem Bereich der Widerstandmoduln, d.h. die Profile sollen breiter, stärker und leichter werden. Neue Rammtechniken und verbesserte Walztechnologien in den Werken sind Garanten für eine weitere spannende Entwicklung in der Spundwandbauweise. Серийное производство уже запущено, и в настоящее время на основе GU 18N завод в Даброва, Польша, предлагает полный ряд данного профиля: GU 16N и GU 20N. Кроме того, данная секция выпускается также из марок стали прочностью до 430 МПа (по запросу). Май 2012 стал ключевым моментом в истории завода в Даброва, Польша, катающего тяжелые секции. Последние секции GU 13-500 были прокатаны и поставлены заказчикам. Это завершение очень длинной истории. Данные три секции производились в Польше в течение последних 15 лет и занимали важное место на рынке Польше. Поводом же к снятию с производства данных секций послужило то, что наши заказчики постоянно просили экономически более выгодные шпунтовые сваи  с определенным упругим моментом сопротивления, то есть шире, прочнее, но вместе с тем легче. Использование нового оборудования для погружения и новых методов погружения, а также применение на заводе более совершенных технологий проката, послужили поводом для начала новой истории. В ближайшие недели ожидаются дальнейшие новости касательно данной секции.

Nowy profil GU 18N wprowadzony został na rynek kilka miesięcy temu. Po wykonaniu w hucie w Dąbrowie Górniczej (Polska) kilku przemysłowych walcowań,możemy teraz zaoferować pełną gamę profili: pocieniany GU 16N oraz pogrubiany GU 20N. Ponadto nowe profile dostępne są w gatunkach stali o wytrzymałości do 430 MPa (dostępne na życzenie). Grupa GU 13-500

Maj 2012 z pewnością przejdzie do historii Walcowni Wyrobów Długich huty w Dąbrowie Górniczej (Polska). Ostatnie grodzice GU 13-500 zostały wywalcowane i dostarczone do klientów. Jest to koniec pewnego długiego etapu. Te trzy profile były produkowane w Polsce przez 15 lat, będąc niezwykle ważnym produktem na polskim rynku. Główną przyczyną zakończenia produkcji były poszukiwania przez klientów w tym zakresie wytrzymałości bardziej ekonomicznych profili: szerszych, mocniejszych, i jeszcze lżejszych. Nowe urządzenia oraz technologie wraz z ulepszonym procesem walcowania wprowadzane w hucie w Dąbrowie Górniczej stanowić będą początek nowego niezwykłego etapu.
